The Cure To Americas Debt Is Online...

I was watching the news and my heart began to sank. Not from the usual bad news, but from the biggest financial bombshell ever. They were discussing the new 3+ trillion dollar bailout and its effect on the American people. I know most Americans financial lifeline and way of life is sustained solely on the wealth of the United States and the effects of this fallout will linger for years. And this recession has already killed the hopes of most of us. Then I asked myself, why should they have to depend solely on Americas wealth, when the wealth of the world is literally at their feet via the Internet? Our President himself use it to generate over $700 million in less than two years for his campaign. So I'm sure if someone wanting to start a small business using it would have a better chance of making it out of this mess than someone waiting for the recession dust to clear and things to start up again.
I know there has been stories in the past of people being unsure of the internet. And some are just simply terrify of this mysterious cloud. But the potential the internet has for generating wealth is staggering. And yes, the fears that lurk there are real. But the success stories out number the bad when it comes to making money. You must do your research on the companies you pick to do business with.
If the American people want to overcome this 3+ trillion dollar tidal wave quickly, the internet would be a great place to start. It has been predicted by well known economist, Paul Zane Pilzer, that in the coming decade the U.S. will create another 10 million new millionaires. And a large majority of then will be network marketers (home based business owners) This along should bring hope to anyone considering starting a small business, online or not.
And as for business affiliates and internet marketers who promote on the web... They need to broaden their scope in which they advertise and promote. For starters, marketing their online opportunities in completely different ways to people who are looking to make money. For example, instead of blasting out emails all the time, try sending out random postcards about their online opportunity with a discount to physical stores and a feedback number. Or maybe sponsor a physical event with "real people", with the company logo on banners and handouts. These small changes would build confidence with the general public and the "mysterious" Internet company. By implementing these two marketing examples, it would build trust and real relationships, and put a face on the company or product. Rushing in a new wave of eager people ready to look at what the internet have to offer.
The fact is, this would help to erase all the myths that has kept people from the world-wide-web. Giving them a reason to look beyond Americas wealth as their only financial lifeline and think global. By opening this doorway and showing the American people the many possibilities they have in starting a business online, plus it's wealth potential. We are giving the common man (or woman) a way to gain control over their life and this monstrous debt. |
